Crystal Mountain & Mt. Rainier Lodging

Spring Lodging Deals

Spring is a wonderful time for a getaway at Crystal Mountain.  While people in the lowlands are starting to work on their yards, those “in the know” come to the mountains — for great skiing & boarding, snowshoeing, scenic Mt. Rainier Gondola rides and Summit House dining.  Crystal Mountain plans to be open daily through April 23, so there’s still plenty of time to sneak in one more trip.

Spring days are longer, perfect for working on that goggle tan.  There will still be some snow, but the typical spring weather pattern is snow, interspersed with sun.  One of our favorite springtime activities is doing something active, and then lounging outside — whether it’s listening to Saturday afternoon music on the Sundeck at Crystal’s base, or sitting outside on the Summit House patio with all the Cascades in view.  On nice days, Crystal Mountain even puts out chairs on the Summit ridge line to make it easy for you to soak in the view.

Lodging rates drop in the Spring, too:

If you’re thinking about buying a season pass for next year, ski free this spring by buying your season pass now.  Passes go on sale on March 20, and you can use your 2017/18 pass the rest of this season. Click here.

Lots of events in the Spring too.  Check out Crystal’s Events calendar.  A free Demo Day; a ski touring event at the Summit House; an Easter Sunrise Service; the Bikini and Board Shorts Downhill & Last Ditch Slalom plus music every Saturday.  Click here to learn more.

Hope to see you soon.
